- Transfers to & from our homestay are not included in the tariff.
- Tariff for children (accompanying parents) below 6 years are free to stay with parents, 6 years and above considered as extra bed / person

- All Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving the payments
CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for cancellations of
confirmed bookings have to be received in writing at our office in Madikeri,
COORG.
Cancellation Charges
- 10% of the tariff, if two weeks before check in date.
- 50% of the tariff, if less than two weeks before check-in-date.
- No refund less than two working days before check-in-date (not inclusive of the check-in-date).
